New Level Properties, LLC (NLP) is a full service company offering home improvement services to many clients. We are looking for qualified individuals with various skill sets. The two major characteristics we are seeking: Dependability & Integrity. All other skills must compliment these key assets. Quality service and workmanship is delivered at all times. We appropriately comply with all local, state, and federal tax laws. Our employees are properly insured.

We currently employ a full time staff and regularly work with sub-contractors. We have entered a time where we need to expand our team to keep up with our expanding project list. Any person applying with New Level Properties must be: at least 18 years old, drug free, pass background check and be a US citizen. Compensation is based on knowledge and skill level. Health insurance is not available at this time.

Key skills we are seeking: Carpentry, Framing, Roofing, Siding, Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, Carpet & Tile, Drywall, Painting, etc.   Having experience in several areas is important.

Subs:

• Must be licensed and insured
• Must have valid auto insurance
• Must have current references
• Should provide NLP with an accurate list of skill and services
• Will be 1099'd according to tax requirements

Employment:

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be self motivated
• 3-5+ years experience in construction/ maintenance trade is a plus
• Must be a fast learner and a problem solver
