Area of work: Lorain, Huron and Cuyahoga Counties.
Must have Valid Driver’s License, and RELIABLE transportation. Drug Test Required.
Part time and full time options available.
Type of Positions
Construction/ Remodeling Division: Drywall and painting knowledge is a must.
Current work load scheduled: Roofs, Framing, Siding, Gutters, Painting, Drywall, Several remodels, Plumbing Repairs, new bathrooms and kitchens… and more.
Our first to be hired must be versed in property maintenance experience. Each employee is given a work order with a punch list of repairs for multiple locations or week long projects- everyday. You must be able to handle minor repairs, such as storm door repairs, drywall patches, faucet replacements, waste line repairs, toilet repairs, electrical repairs, etc. Prior maintenance experience is a must! Must have repair solving skills- but no ” hacks.” Responsible to make proper and ethical decisions and the ability to work independently or with the team.
♦ Summer Help: We are also looking for energetic persons that are willing to learn the construction trade. Applicant coming from trade school or previous job knowledge is a plus.
