Money Orders are excepted in person or may be placed in the NLP Drop Box.

Please remember to put “New Level Properties” on the PAY TO line item of the money order immediately when your get it.  Retain your receipt of the money order for your records.

NLP is NOT responsible for blank money orders that are cashed by another person or entity.

Cash is excepted for in person drop off during regular office hours.

Cash CANNOT be placed in the front drop box.

For your safety and NLP staff, we encourage other payment options.  NLP does not store cash at the office nor do we offer change.

Personal Checks are NOT accepted by NLP.

NLP does offer the ability to receive your payment via invoice and payment electronically from your checking account.

There is no cost for this payment option.

NLP can receive payments from Cash App and Pay Pal.

These payment options require a 3% service fee for each payment.

Please add 3% to your intended payment amount as the 3% is reduced to your applied total payment.

Example:  Rent: $500.  Payment initiated should be $515.00.  $500 is credited to your rent balance.  $15 is the convenience fee for this payment option.

NLP can receive payments from Credit and Debit Cards.

These payment options require a 3.5% service fee for each payment.
